In addition to helping non-profits develop and grow their fundraising efforts, the Resource Group is also available to assist Foundations in managing their grant-making programs. The Resource Group can help to identify areas of interest, craft requests for proposals, and handle all grant-related administration. This may include reviewing, organizing and summarizing submissions prior to Board review; performing due diligence on prospective grantees, including conducting meetings and site visits; handling grant-related correspondence, meeting minutes and reports; and maintaining a database of past grants. The Resource Group does the work and asks the right questions so that your Board members can focus on making informed funding decisions that uphold your Foundation’s mission.
